Return and cancellation policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for paid movement services booked through Thryxellthod.

Before a session starts

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, a refund may be available depending on your booking and any costs already incurred.

Late cancellations

Cancellations submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled start are reviewed case by case. A partial refund may be possible.

After a session has started

Once services have been delivered, refunds are generally not available. If there is an issue with delivery or communication, contact us so we can consider options.

How to request a review

Email info@thryxellthod.world with your booking details and the reason for your request.

Timeframes

Where a refund is approved, processing is generally completed within 10 business days to the original payment method where technically possible.

NZ consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable consumer legislation.
